Background
Barambah Organics is considered one of Australia’s finest producers of organic dairy products. Using a unique process which starts in the paddock and continues through the production process, Barambah Organics has achieved a number of awards for their natural tasting products.
Based in North West Queensland, the company has grown over the past few years, and now supplies a number of outlets and restaurants in South East Queensland, Northern NSW and Sydney.
Goals
Tracking their sales across Australia was quite cumbersome and Barambah was using a legacy system for their order input and invoice and delivery docket handling. Being a legacy system, there was a daily process for collecting orders and entering them into the system, which was both inefficient and prone to human error.
Fresh from the website development, 2BInteractive was engaged to build a secure portal for customers to login and submit and process their orders. The website application is then automated to regularly connect with this legacy system for data transfer and processing.
