Approach
As each and every client is unique and the Veolia products and services they engage with are different, 2BI needed to better understand the role of customised online learning. This brief was further challenged in that each client has different sites who have different educational and learning needs. Personalisation and customisation are the backbone of this application.
To increase the uptake of online learning activities, leaderboards were added to help build competitiveness and viral interaction. Full reporting was also included to ensure all parties, Veolia and clients alike, could track individual progress.
